For one week, Martinez recorded the path between Laboratorio Arte Alameda and Ex Teresa Arte Actual in downtown Mexico City, both venues dedicated to the art and media for several years. The condition of this recording was to take the microphone in the back of a suitcase as a metaphor for their relationship with this city, which he has explored and inhabited from time to time, without staying to live full time. For the author, the tourist can be an anthropologist and, conversely, an explorer - artist is not so different from a tourist fond to McDonalds. In the foreground we hear the wheel contact with the pavement, in the background the soundscape. Four different tracks were edited, grouped by the sounds of human and vehicular traffic, social interaction, trade and other (generals).
